December has been a busy and festive month at Kona Community Hospital.
Santa paid a visit to KCH on Friday, December 13 spreading cheer and candy canes throughout the facility. Employees and patients reacted with delight and surprise when they spotted the jolly, red-clad man. Click here to view Santa’s visit.
On Saturday, December 14, KCH employees, families, friends and Auxiliary members marched in the 29th annual Kailua-Kona Christmas Parade. This year’s parade was also a food drive co-sponsored by area Rotary clubs and the Food Basket, with a 10-pound bag of rice being the entry fee. However, KCH employees again generously collected and donated over 150 pounds of food to the event! Click here to view our parade fun!
